Tony Dixon has worked in the West End as well Chris Smith’s String of Pearls Orchestra as lead trumpet, the Glenn Miller Orchestra (UK), the Mike Westbrook Orchestra, Back to Basie, Echoes of Ellington, Skin Deep, Johnny Howard, Andy Ross, Freddy Staff and the Chrisie Lee Orchestra, and is presently lead trumpet with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra.
